• Provide analysts with necessary information & education to be successful in HIH’s program

• Allow analysts to be able to move up in HIH rankings

• Gain real-life experience in both the fields of Finance and Healthcare

• Prepare general members and analysts for placements into the Alternative Investments Program as well as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other roles in High Finance
